The high-temperature circulating oil bath is generally used in combination with a double-layer glass reactor, a stainless steel reactor, an enamel reactor, and the like, and is a heating cycle equipment commonly used in laboratories and pilot plants.

Working Principle:

The equipment is set to use the required temperature through the temperature control table, and the oil (water) in the boiler is heated by the electric heating tube, and the circulation button is simultaneously turned on during the heating process, the high temperature circulation pump starts to work, and the pot is passed through the external circulation pipeline. The bile high temperature circulating fluid is transported into the interlayer of the supporting equipment to indirectly heat the materials in the reactor.

When the temperature of this equipment is higher than 99 degrees, it needs to be equipped with high temperature methyl silicone oil. The smaller the viscosity of the oil, the better the heat conduction effect.
