Storage Location of Jacketed Glass Reactor

Jacketed glass reactor has been widely used in petroleum, chemical, pesticide, pharmaceutical, food and other industries. It is a common pressure vessel used to complete the processes such as sulfurization, nitration, hydrogenation, alkylation, polymerization, and condensation.

As one of the commonly used reaction amplification experimental devices in the laboratory, the double layer glass reaction kettle usually has a volume of 10L, 20L, 30L, 50L, 80L, 100L, 150L, and can also be customized according to the special needs of users,  so as to achieve a more user-friendly effect.

The kettle of the double-layer glass reactor is made of high borosilicate glass material. Although it has good physical and chemical properties, its storage location should be carefully selected. The overall frame of the double-layer glass reactor is made of stainless steel and aluminum alloy. The bottom is equipped with casters with brakes to fix it, but the stability is not very strong, so we need to choose a flat place for storage to keep the mechanical stirring vertically consistent with the reaction kettle, and avoid safety accidents caused by running shaking.

At the same time, the storage location must be able to ensure good air circulation around the jacket glass reactor. The overall height of the glass reactor is high, and the usual floor-to-ceiling fume hood cannot be installed, so we need to pay more attention to the ventilation of the installation location.
