4. When the connecting pipes or fasteners of the glass reactor are damaged, it may affect the sealing performance of the reactor, thereby increasing the risk of leakage. Therefore, the operation must also be stopped immediately.
When operating glass reactor, strictly abide by the safety operating procedures and pay close attention to the working status of the reactor. Once any abnormal situation is found, appropriate safety measures should be taken immediately, including stopping heating, closing the feed valve, emergency shutdown, etc.
