Common faults in glass reactor mainly include the following:

1. Fracture of glass shell

The shell of the reactor is generally made of high-strength glass material, which has good corrosion resistance and high temperature resistance. However, if it is used improperly or subjected to external shocks, the glass shell may break. At this point, we need to replace it with a new glass shell.

2. Heater failure

The heater can be used to heat the reactants to control the rate and temperature of the reaction. However, if the heater fails, it may cause the reaction to run out of control or to react too slowly. In this case, check whether the circuit of the heater is normal. If there is a problem with the circuit, the heater needs to be replaced in time.

3. Sealing ring failure

The sealing ring can be used to ensure the airtightness between the reactant and the container to prevent the reactant from leaking. Failure of the sealing ring could result in leakage of reagents or rupture of the vessel. Therefore, a new sealing ring should be used.

4. Controller failure

The controller of glass reactor vessel can be used to control the temperature of the heater to ensure the effect of the reaction. If the controller fails, it may prevent the heater from functioning properly. At this time, check whether the circuit of the controller is normal. If there is a problem with the circuit, the controller needs to be replaced in time.
