High borosilicate glass contains higher amounts of boron trioxide and silicon dioxide than ordinary glass, with a boron content of up to 14% and a silicon content of up to 80%. General flat glass contains more than 70% silicon, and boron is generally not added to ordinary glass.

2. Glass characteristics:

High borosilicate glass has low expansion coefficient, high softening point, and good resistance to rapid cooling and heating. Its expansion coefficient is between 32~33*10(-7), and ordinary glass reaches about 80~100*10(-7). The temperature resistance to rapid cooling and rapid heating is around 200~300℃.
