How to heat small jacketed glass reactor

Small laboratory jacketed glass reactor is mainly used for chemical synthesis, process development, post-synthesis treatment and evaporation experiments. It is safer, cleaner, more environmentally friendly and higher-yield chemical experimental equipment.

The inter-layer of the double-layer glass reactor kettle body can be heated or cooled cyclically with cold and heat sources. Appropriate temperature control equipment needs to be selected according to the temperature of the materials used. The following are commonly used heating equipment in laboratories.

1. High-temperature constant-temperature heating circulator (high-temperature oil bath/tank), temperature control range is room temperature -200 degrees, thermal oil heating, 304 stainless steel liner.

2. Closed heating circulator, closed heating, no fumes produced, temperature control range can be extended to 250 degrees, suitable for high-temperature reaction materials.

3. Integrated cooling and heating circulation machine (high and low temperature circulating device), the temperature control range is -30-200 degrees, sealed heating, integrated cooling and heating, no need to replace the medium, silicone oil heating,  and PLC multi-stage temperature control can be selected according to material changes.

The glass reactor is a multifunctional reactor that can carry out various biochemical synthesis reactions under constant temperature conditions, and can also perform reflux or distillation at different temperatures. The reactor can be combined with a circulating water vacuum pump, a low-temperature coolant circulating pump, etc. to form a system device.
