When should the glass reactor be replaced?

When the glass reactor has the following conditions, it is time to replace the glass reactor:

1. The uniform corrosion of the wall thickness of the glass reactor exceeds the minimum value specified in the design;

2. The local corrosion of the wall thickness of the reactor exceeds the minimum value specified in the design, and the corrosion area is greater than 20% of the total area;

3. When the reactor is obviously deformed during the water pressure test or the weld cracks cannot be repaired;

4. The glass reactor kettle is seriously cracked or the weld cracks cannot be repaired;
