Double-Layer Glass Reactor: Essential Usage Tips

The reaction vessel is a reactor used to synthesize chemical substances under specific temperature and pressure conditions. It is widely used in experimental research across fields such as new materials, energy, and environmental engineering, as a common small-scale reactor employed by universities and research institutions for scientific research.

Precautions for using the jacketed glass reactor:

1. Verify that the power supply voltage matches the specifications listed on the machine's nameplate. After plugging in the power, turn on the power switch on the variable frequency drive (VFD); the rotation speed can be adjusted using the speed control knob.

2. During operation, resonance may occur if the material flow or motor speed reaches a critical point; if this happens, adjust the motor speed to eliminate the resonance.

3. After installing the stirring rod and before operation, rotate it by hand to check for concentricity. If there are concentricity issues, loosen the clamp, realign the rod, and then switch on the power.

4. Monitor the reactor's sealing integrity during use; if sealing performance deteriorates, inspect the rotating bearings within the stirrer assembly.
